Booking Terms

These terms summarize how booking a private tour with Tour Morocco Agency works. Your written itinerary and quote confirm the details of your own trip.

Enquiries

Asking for an itinerary or quote is free and commits you to nothing. A tour is only booked once we have both confirmed the itinerary, dates and price in writing. Payment terms are set out in your confirmation before you commit.

Prices

Prices on this website are starting prices in euros, per person, for a private group of two unless stated otherwise. The price per person changes with group size, season and accommodation level. Each tour page lists what is included and what is not.

Date changes and cancellations

You can change your tour dates free of charge, subject to availability, and cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Special dates such as New Year may have different conditions, which we will state in your confirmation.

Itinerary changes

Because tours are private, we can adjust the route to suit you. We may also need to change a route for your safety, for example because of snow on a mountain pass, flooding or road closures.

Insurance and travel documents

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. You are responsible for your own passport, visas and health requirements. Check the entry rules for your nationality before you travel.
